Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Statistics, Public Health, epidemiology, Population Studies,
Quantitative economics or another related field. Additional training, certificate or qualification in
monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in M&E and application of quality improvement
approaches for public health projects.
• Knowledge and experience with public health, especially HIV/AIDS, data management including
data entry and cleaning, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding and demonstrated ability to use the USAID National QI databases,
Integrated MOH QI database and use of audit tools.
• Demonstrated practical understanding of Ministry of Health data systems (e.g UGEMR, HMIS,
DHIS2, PIRS).
• Computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, share point and competency in
statistical and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, mentoring, written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic technology including managing virtual meetings using teams and zoom.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet strict deadlines
